We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work in capital markets domain. We are looking for young, bright, highly-motivated candidates to join our team. Candidates should have strong fundamental knowledge in investment banking, capital markets, FX, excellent communication and documenting skills, clear understanding of SDLC process, consider long-term commitment to working in the company, be comfortable with keeping deadlines, comfortable with working under time pressure and to be in your element at functional analysis, specification creation, people skills.

Highly qualified MSc graduates from respectful universities graduated relevant faculties

More than one year of experience in as Senior Business Analyst

Experience in User Interaction, Requirement Elicitation/Gathering and functional specs preparation

Experience with Financials Analysis process is a plus

Exposure to Agile methodology with requirements capturing using use cases and feature driven methods

Experience on identifying and executing test strategies, test plan and functional test cases

Experience in preparing and conducting functional reviews and training sessions

Experience on SQLCapability to works with customers and cross location teams to establish and maintain a consistent delivery

Ability to work closely in a team environment is highly recommended

Knowledge of RDBMS concepts, XML would be a plus

Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
